READ MORESuzhou Advan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures adhesive Clothes Sticker products for apparel, retail and personal-care brands. These are thin, self-adhesive textile accessories built on the same coating, converting and cleanroom platform we use for medical tape and body patches: a non-woven or film carrier, a skin-friendly adhesive, and a release liner that peels cleanly at the point of use.
Our range covers hat sweat stickers, clothes stain protector stickers, disposable sweat pads, lingerie tape and shoe stain protector stickers. Each item is supplied as a finished consumer pack or as converted rolls and sheets for brands that assemble their own kits. Because we coat our own adhesive and slit our own jumbo rolls, we can hold a specification across repeat orders rather than re-sourcing film and glue for every batch.
As a Clothes Sticker Suppliers, we match product configuration to the application, operating limits, interfaces and acceptance criteria defined for each project.
ADVAN Medical has produced adhesive medical consumables since 2003 and operates three factories in Suzhou, Jiangsu. The clothes sticker line applies that adhesive know-how to garments: the requirement is a patch that stays where it is placed against fabric, skin or shoe lining, absorbs or blocks what it is designed to absorb or block, and removes without leaving residue or pulling fibres.
We supply this family as an OEM/ODM manufacturer, which means the shape, colour, printed logo, carrier material, adhesive type, absorbency and retail packaging are all set against your brief. Standard constructions are available for brands that want to move quickly; custom die-cut shapes and Pantone-matched printing are available for brands building a distinct product identity.
The five sub-families below share a common converting process but differ in carrier, adhesive and absorbent core. The table summarises the application fit and the specification points that drive the construction.
| Product Type | Typical Application | Key Construction Points |
|---|---|---|
| Hat Sweat Sticker | Cap and hat brims, helmet liners, uniform headwear | Non-woven carrier with high-absorption pad; curved die-cut to follow the brim |
| Clothes Stain Protector Sticker | Down-jacket collars, shirt linings, coat necklines, makeup transfer zones | Transparent film barrier; low-residue adhesive for delicate and dark fabrics |
| Disposable Sweat Pad | Shirt collar and neckline linings, underarm zones, uniforms | Self-adhesive absorbent pad; colour-change or stain-resistant neckline option |
| Lingerie Tape | Garment-to-skin fixing for low-cut and strapless styles | Double-sided skin-contact adhesive; breathable carrier; body-safe formulation |
| Shoe Stain Protector Sticker | Heel and insole linings, shoe interiors, blister and scuff protection | Contoured die-cut; adhesive selected for leather, textile and synthetic linings |
A non-woven carrier combined with a high-absorption pad, die-cut to sit inside the brim or sweatband. The adhesive must hold against repeated flexing and head movement while still releasing from the hat without tearing the lining.
A transparent barrier film for collars, shirt linings and coat necklines. The engineering focus is optical clarity and a low-residue adhesive that will not mark dark wool, down or synthetic shell fabrics.
A self-adhesive absorbent pad for shirt collars and necklines, with stain-resistant and colour-change neckline variants. Absorbency, pad thickness and the balance between adhesion and comfort are the variables we tune per garment type.
Double-sided skin-contact adhesive for garment fixing. Because it sits against skin, the adhesive formulation, breathability and edge cut quality are the critical parameters, and we produce it on the same skin-contact adhesive platform used across our body patch range.
Contoured patches for heel and insole linings. Adhesive selection depends on whether the lining is leather, textile or synthetic, since each surface releases differently.
We coat adhesive in-house and convert from jumbo rolls, so the carrier, adhesive and liner can be specified as a system rather than assembled from unrelated suppliers. Relevant material options include:
Base materials are drawn from our Jumbo Raw Material Roll programme, which covers medical adhesive, backing and release paper. That vertical control is what allows us to keep adhesion, thickness and peel force consistent between the sample you approve and the production batch.
Each product can be configured across the following dimensions. We confirm these against your garment type and retail channel before quoting.
Production runs under ISO 13485:2016 quality management, and our Suzhou factories comply with FDA requirements. Most of our products are CE certified. For adhesive products, the controls that matter are adhesive coat weight, peel adhesion, release force, dimensional tolerance and microbiological status where the item is skin-contact.
We retain samples and maintain traceability from raw material lot to finished carton, and we can supply the documentation set required for your target market. Where a product is positioned as a garment accessory rather than a medical device, we confirm the applicable regulatory route with you before sampling so the labelling and claims are correct from the first print run.
We work as a one-stop OEM/ODM partner: product design, die development, adhesive formulation, cleanroom coating, converting and packaging are handled inside our own supply chain. More than ten technicians support ODM development, and our three factories cover both large-volume programmes and smaller trial orders.
Typical first samples are produced in 3–7 business days, with 1–3 modification rounds depending on product type. Minimum order quantities start at 1,000–10,000 units per specification for standard consumables; Pantone colour customisation and custom printed packaging carry higher minimums because of setup. Lead times run from roughly 20–60 days depending on whether tooling and packaging development are included.
To prepare an accurate construction and quotation, we work from the following project inputs. The more precisely these are defined, the fewer sampling rounds are needed.
| Input | What We Need From You |
|---|---|
| Application | Garment or surface the sticker contacts; whether it touches skin |
| Substrate | Fabric, leather, synthetic lining or skin; surface texture and finish |
| Dimensions | Length, width, thickness and any die-cut drawing or reference sample |
| Performance target | Absorbency, barrier function, wear duration and removal behaviour |
| Packaging | Format, artwork, language, barcode and retail or bulk channel |
| Volume and market | Target quantity per SKU, destination market and required compliance documents |
Brands building a broader adhesive accessory line often source several families from us in one programme. Our Wig Tape range uses comparable skin-contact adhesive technology, and our Medical Tape range covers non-woven, PE, silk, cotton and zinc oxide constructions for buyers who need both medical and consumer adhesive items from a single manufacturer.
Yes. We operate as an OEM/ODM manufacturer, so shape, colour, logo printing, adhesive grade and retail packaging are all produced to your specification. We can also work from your existing sample and match its construction.
Standard consumables start at 1,000–10,000 units per specification. Pantone colour customisation begins at 20,000 units, and custom printed packaging at 100,000 units per packaging style, because of the setup involved.
First samples are typically ready in 3–7 business days, with 1–3 revision rounds. Production lead time runs from about 20 days for standard products to 60 days for full turnkey programmes that include tooling and packaging development.
Lingerie tape and body-facing pads use skin-contact adhesive formulations produced under ISO 13485:2016 quality management in our Suzhou factories, which comply with FDA requirements. We confirm the appropriate formulation and documentation for your destination market during sampling.
Yes. We deliver finished consumer packs, individual sachets, sheets and bulk converted rolls. Brands that assemble their own kits usually take bulk rolls or sheets; retail brands take printed cartons and dispenser formats.
We have exported medical consumables to more than 60 countries across Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Russia, South America and Oceania, serving hospitals, distributors, first-aid suppliers and retail chains.
