Self-adhesive electrode pads are the silent workhorses behind every TENS, EMS, and muscle-stimulation session. They deliver the low-voltage pulses that relieve pain, relax tight muscles, and speed up recovery, but only when the pad stays sticky and conducts evenly. With each use, the conductive hydrogel picks up skin ...

READ MOREManaging a wound at home means more than just placing a clean pad over it. The way a dressing fits can determine how quickly the wound heals and whether complications appear. One of the most common problems is a dressing applied too tightly. When a bandage squeezes the wound or the surrounding limb, it can reduce bloo...
READ MOREADVAN Medical (Suzhou Advan Medical Technology Co., Ltd.) manufactures wholesale Car First Aid Kit manufacturers supply for distributors, fleet operators, first-aid suppliers and retail programmes. Our vehicle kits are built around compact storage, stable contents and the temperature swings a car cabin sees across a year.
Since 2003 we have produced first-aid, wound care, bandage and medical consumable lines, and our first-aid factory has been running since 2010. Vehicle kits are assembled from items we make ourselves — adhesive bandages, gauze, medical tape, wound dressings, bandages and cotton — which keeps contents, labelling and packaging under one quality system.
The range covers the practical spread of vehicle first aid: basic kits for minor cuts and abrasions, mid-level kits for family and company cars, and advanced trauma-oriented kits that carry haemostatic and chest-sealing components. Every kit is defined by its contents list, case format and mounting position rather than by a single fixed model.
We build kits for the boot, under-seat storage, glovebox and door-pocket positions, and for fleet vehicles where a standardised contents list matters more than individual styling. Cases are selected for compactness and for resistance to the heat, cold and humidity cycles that degrade adhesives and sterile packaging over time.
| Kit tier | Typical contents | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Basic vehicle kit | Adhesive bandages, gauze pads, medical tape, antiseptic wipes, scissors, gloves | Private cars, rental fleets, retail and supermarket programmes |
| Family / company car kit | Expanded wound dressing set, conforming bandages, eye pad, burn gel, cold pack, CPR face shield | Company vehicles, taxis, ride-share and family use |
| Trauma-oriented kit | Tourniquet, chest sealing patch, haemostatic gauze, trauma dressing, shears, gloves | Emergency services, roadside assistance, heavy vehicles, IFAK-style programmes |
| Fleet bulk programme | Fixed contents list, standard case, printed inventory card, refill packs | Logistics, bus and coach operators, car-hire groups, workplace vehicle pools |
Contents are drawn from our own production: Adhesive Bandages, gauze pads, Medical Tape, wound dressings and bandages. Because the same factory supplies both the kit and its components, contents can be revised without changing supplier or re-qualifying a second production site.
A car interior is a demanding storage environment. Adhesive-coated items can soften in summer heat and lose tack in winter cold, and paper-based packaging can absorb moisture. We select adhesives, backing materials and pouch films with that cycle in mind, and we keep sterile items in sealed packaging until the kit is opened.
Case format drives how a kit is used. A soft bag with a zip and internal elastic loops suits glovebox and door-pocket storage; a rigid box with a latch suits boot storage and fleet standardisation; a flat wallet suits slim under-seat spaces. We match the format to the mounting position and to the contents weight.
We operate as an OEM and ODM partner for vehicle first aid kits. Customers can supply a contents list and artwork, or start from a reference kit and adjust contents, case, colour and packaging. Our design and technical team handles case layout, compartment tooling, printed inserts and retail-ready packaging so the kit arrives as a finished product rather than loose components.
Typical customisation covers case shape and colour, logo placement, contents specification, language of instruction sheets, barcode and regulatory labelling, and carton configuration for retail or bulk distribution. Sampling is part of the process: we produce a physical sample for approval before volume production, and we allow revision rounds on contents, colour and packaging.
Vehicle kits are assembled under the same quality system as our other medical consumables. Our Suzhou factories operate to ISO 13485:2016, most products are CE certified, and our Suzhou factories comply with FDA requirements. A dedicated quality inspection team follows documented inspection procedures from incoming raw material through to finished kit release.
Compliance documentation is prepared to match the destination market. Where a programme requires CE or FDA-aligned documentation, we produce the relevant technical files and labelling for the target region.
Kits ship in retail-ready cartons or bulk master cartons, depending on the sales channel. For fleet and distributor programmes we can supply refill packs so individual items can be replaced without discarding the case, which extends the service life of the kit and keeps the contents list current.
We hold three factories and a broad consumable range, which supports both large-volume programmes and smaller first orders. Lead time depends on whether the case is a standard format or a new tooling project, and on the number of custom-printed components.
A workable kit specification comes from a short set of project inputs. The more precisely these are defined, the faster we can confirm contents, case and packaging.
| Project input | What it determines |
|---|---|
| Intended user and vehicle type | Kit tier, contents depth, trauma components |
| Mounting position and available space | Case format, dimensions, closure type |
| Contents list or reference sample | Item specification, quantities, sterile or non-sterile |
| Destination market and channel | Labelling language, compliance documentation, retail or bulk packaging |
| Branding and artwork | Logo placement, colour matching, printed inserts |
| Order volume and replenishment plan | MOQ, refill pack structure, carton configuration |
Where a programme also covers related consumables, we can align the vehicle kit with our Wound Dressing and Jumbo Raw Material Roll ranges so that dressings, tapes and kit contents come from one production chain.
Yes. Send the contents list with item specifications and quantities, and we will confirm which items come from our own production and which need to be sourced. We then assemble a sample kit for approval before volume production.
Soft fabric bags, EVA cases, rigid plastic boxes and flat wallets are all available, sized from glovebox to full boot kits. The format is selected against the mounting position, contents weight and whether the kit is for retail sale or fleet issue.
We choose adhesives, backing materials and pouch films that tolerate the heat and cold cycles a car interior experiences, and we keep sterile items in sealed packaging. Case materials are selected for impact resistance and stable closure so contents stay ordered.
Yes. Refill packs let individual items be replaced without discarding the case, which suits fleet and distributor programmes where kits are inspected and restocked on a schedule.
Our Suzhou factories operate to ISO 13485:2016, most products are CE certified, and our Suzhou factories comply with FDA requirements. We prepare labelling and technical documentation to match the destination market for each programme.
MOQ depends on the case format, contents and level of customisation. Standard formats with printed branding start lower than new tooling projects or Pantone-matched case colours. We confirm the exact MOQ with the quotation once the contents list and packaging route are fixed.
