Self-adhesive electrode pads are the silent workhorses behind every TENS, EMS, and muscle-stimulation session. They deliver the low-voltage pulses that relieve pain, relax tight muscles, and speed up recovery, but only when the pad stays sticky and conducts evenly. With each use, the conductive hydrogel picks up skin ...
READ MOREA foam dressing is a soft, cushioning wound cover made from medical-grade polyurethane foam. It is designed to absorb exudate, keep the wound bed moist, and protect the healing area from friction and contamination. Because of its versatility, healthcare professionals rely on foam dressings for a wide range of acute an...
READ MOREManaging a wound at home means more than just placing a clean pad over it. The way a dressing fits can determine how quickly the wound heals and whether complications appear. One of the most common problems is a dressing applied too tightly. When a bandage squeezes the wound or the surrounding limb, it can reduce bloo...
READ MORESuzhou Advan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based wholesale Medical Bandage manufacturers operation within ADVAN Group, producing medical bandages and related consumables since 2003. Our bandage range covers gauze, elastic, cohesive and adhesive constructions, supplied to hospitals, first-aid suppliers, medical distributors and retail chains across more than 60 countries.
We manufacture in Suzhou under ISO 13485:2016 quality management, with most products CE certified and our Suzhou factories complying with FDA requirements. Bandage projects are handled as OEM or ODM programs, from substrate and adhesive selection through slitting, winding, packaging and private-label artwork.
Medical bandages support dressings, apply controlled compression and immobilise joints. We group our production by elasticity and function so that a single purchase order can combine several bandage types with matching wound care and fixation items.
Cotton gauze in roll and cut form for wound coverage, padding and light fixation. Supplied with absorbent cotton and gauze pads where a complete dressing set is required.
Woven and knitted elastic constructions for limb compression, sprain support and post-operative wrapping, with stretch and recovery matched to the intended compression level.
Produced in our cohesive bandage factory established in 2018, for sport taping, veterinary and emergency fixation where the bandage must grip without an adhesive face.
Elastic adhesive bandages, kinesiology tape and zinc oxide constructions, plus Medical Tape for securing dressings and devices.
Bandage selection follows the clinical task, the body site and the handling conditions in the ward, clinic or home-care setting. The table below shows how we position each construction and the variables we confirm before quoting.
| Bandage Type | Typical Application | Key Selection Variables |
|---|---|---|
| Gauze bandage | Wound coverage, padding, light fixation | Mesh count, thread type, roll width and length, sterility |
| Elastic compression bandage | Sprains, oedema control, post-operative wrapping | Stretch ratio, working pressure, edge finish, colour |
| Cohesive bandage | Sport taping, emergency fixation, veterinary use | Coating weight, tack level, elongation, hand-tear behaviour |
| Elastic adhesive bandage | Sustained compression with self-fixation | Adhesive chemistry, backing weight, peel and shear targets |
| Kinesiology tape | Sport and rehabilitation support | Elasticity, wave adhesive pattern, pre-cut shapes, colour |
| Zinc oxide bandage | Firm support and strapping | Adhesive mass, fabric weight, unwind force |
Bandage performance is decided upstream of the converting line. We control the substrate, the adhesive and the release liner as one system, which is why our bandage production sits alongside our raw material supply.
Where a customer needs a specific backing, adhesive or liner combination, we develop it from our Jumbo Raw Material Roll platform so the finished bandage and the master roll stay on one specification.
We operate three factories covering large-volume and small-batch bandage orders, with coating, rewinding, cutting and packaging performed in a controlled environment. Bandage lines run from master roll through slitting, winding and packing, so roll-to-roll consistency is maintained across a production batch.
Most bandage programs we run are private label. Configuration starts from the clinical requirement and the shelf presentation, then moves to the manufacturing specification.
Bandage type, width, stretched length, colour, edge type, sterility and unit-of-use count.
Logo, Pantone colour matching, printed core, pouch artwork, carton marking and language variants.
Flow wrap, peel pouch, dispenser box, bulk carton and retail-ready multipacks.
OEM to your design, ODM where we develop the construction, or a turnkey supply including packaging.
Bandages are frequently ordered together with Wound Dressing and fixation items, so we can align specifications, artwork and shipment schedules across a mixed container.
Our quality control team works to written inspection procedures under ISO 13485:2016, and most products carry CE certification. Suzhou factories comply with FDA requirements. For bandage programs, the acceptance basis is agreed before production and confirmed on pre-shipment samples.
A bandage quotation is only accurate when the working point is defined. These are the inputs our technical and sales teams work from when preparing a configuration and price.
| Input | What We Need From You |
|---|---|
| Clinical function | Coverage, compression, fixation or immobilisation, and the body site involved |
| Specification | Width, stretched length, elasticity, adhesive type, sterility and unit count |
| Market and compliance | Destination market, required certification evidence and labelling language |
| Branding | Logo files, Pantone references, artwork or a sample of the existing pack |
| Volume | Annual quantity, first-order quantity and expected reorder pattern |
| Packaging | Pouch or box format, carton configuration and palletisation requirements |
| Logistics | Delivery destination, Incoterms and any documentation the import process requires |
Sampling typically runs 3–7 business days for a first sample, with 1–3 modification rounds depending on product type. Minimum order quantities start at 1,000–10,000 units per specification for our medical consumables range, and rise for Pantone colour customisation and bespoke packaging.
Shipments are accompanied by the documentation set agreed at order confirmation, which can include certificates of conformity, batch records and labelling proofs. Our sales and technical teams handle specification queries, artwork revisions and reorder coordination, and we retain production samples so a later batch can be checked against the original approval.
Spare-part and consumable continuity matters for bandage programs that run for years. Because we control the raw material supply through our Medical Tape Jumbo Roll platform, a repeat order can be produced to the same substrate and adhesive specification rather than re-sourced.
We are a manufacturer. Suzhou Advan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. has produced medical consumables since 2003 and operates three factories, including a dedicated cohesive bandage and elastic adhesive bandage facility established in 2018. Coating, rewinding, cutting and packaging are carried out in our own plants.
Gauze bandages, elastic and compression bandages, cohesive and self-adherent bandages, elastic adhesive bandages, kinesiology tape and zinc oxide bandages. Width, length, elasticity, adhesive chemistry, colour, sterility and pack count are all configurable within the agreed specification.
Our quality system follows ISO 13485:2016, most products are CE certified, and our Suzhou factories comply with FDA requirements. Inspection follows written procedures covering incoming materials, in-process parameters and finished goods, with retained samples and batch traceability.
Yes. Bandages, wound dressings, medical tapes, gauze and cotton products are produced within the same group, so a mixed container can be built with aligned specifications, artwork and shipping schedules.
Send the clinical function, target specification, destination market, branding assets and expected volumes. We confirm the construction, prepare samples and issue a quotation with the packaging format and delivery scope defined.
