Self-adhesive electrode pads are the silent workhorses behind every TENS, EMS, and muscle-stimulation session. They deliver the low-voltage pulses that relieve pain, relax tight muscles, and speed up recovery, but only when the pad stays sticky and conducts evenly. With each use, the conductive hydrogel picks up skin ...
READ MOREA foam dressing is a soft, cushioning wound cover made from medical-grade polyurethane foam. It is designed to absorb exudate, keep the wound bed moist, and protect the healing area from friction and contamination. Because of its versatility, healthcare professionals rely on foam dressings for a wide range of acute an...
READ MOREManaging a wound at home means more than just placing a clean pad over it. The way a dressing fits can determine how quickly the wound heals and whether complications appear. One of the most common problems is a dressing applied too tightly. When a bandage squeezes the wound or the surrounding limb, it can reduce bloo...
READ MOREADVAN Medical (Suzhou Advan Medical Technology Co., Ltd.) manufactures foot care patches and foot care accessories within our Body Patch programme, alongside wound dressing, medical tape, electrode pads and first-aid consumables. The range covers ankle support, arch support insoles, toe separators, hallux valgus correctors, blister patches, heel lining, metatarsal pads, personal care items and sock series.
We produce these items in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, on adhesive coating, rewinding, die-cutting and cleanroom packaging lines, and we supply them to medical distributors, pharmacies, sports retailers and private-label brands as a wholesale Foot Care manufacturers partner with OEM and ODM services.
Foot care products sit at the intersection of adhesive technology and body-contact comfort. Each item in the range is built around a defined function: cushioning, separation, fixation, friction reduction or moisture management. Because we coat our own adhesives and convert our own rolls, we control tack, peel strength and breathability at the source rather than assembling from bought-in components.
Selection starts with the wear scenario, not the catalogue name. A blister patch worn inside a running shoe has different demands from a hallux valgus corrector worn overnight, and both differ from an insole supplied to a pharmacy chain as a private-label SKU.
| Product type | Typical application | Key construction focus |
|---|---|---|
| Blister patch | Shoe friction during walking, running, hiking | Hydrocolloid or gel face, low-friction backing, skin-safe adhesive |
| Toe separator | Toe alignment, bunion relief, post-surgical spacing | Gel hardness, washability, repeat-wear durability |
| Hallux valgus corrector | Night-time correction, daily bunion support | Strap tension, joint coverage, breathable fabric |
| Arch support insole | Flat foot, plantar pressure relief, long-standing work | Foam density, arch profile, trim-to-fit sizing |
| Heel lining | Heel abrasion, shoe break-in, blister prevention | Adhesive anchorage, thickness, edge sealing |
| Metatarsal pad | Forefoot pressure, metatarsalgia, high-heel wear | Pad placement, adhesive repositioning, cushion recovery |
Foot care items are worn against skin for hours, often under load and inside footwear. Material choice therefore drives both comfort and shelf life. We work with the following material families and match them to the intended wear time and skin condition.
Where a project requires a specific adhesive chemistry or backing, we can draw on our own upstream materials, including Medical Adhesive and Medical Tape Backing, rather than depending on external converters.
Foot care products are dimension-critical. A 2 mm shift in a metatarsal pad or a 5 g change in gel hardness changes the fit experience. We lock the following parameters during sampling and carry them into the production specification sheet.
We run foot care projects in three cooperation modes, and the choice affects tooling, timeline and documentation scope. Our engineering team supports shape, colour and logo design through to material, specification, size and packaging decisions.
Customisation extends to die-cut shapes, Pantone colour matching, printed backing film, retail cartons and multilingual labels. Where a foot care item is bundled with other consumables, we can coordinate it with adjacent lines such as Adhesive Bandages or Medical Tape to keep one shipment and one documentation set.
Foot care items are produced under ISO 13485:2016 quality management, and our Suzhou factories comply with FDA requirements. Most of our products carry CE certification. Production runs through requirement confirmation, formulation, coating and converting in a controlled environment, then inspection and packaging.
Our quality control team follows documented inspection procedures covering incoming materials, in-process coating weight and dimensions, and finished-goods checks. For adhesive foot care products, testing typically includes pH, viscosity, stability and microbiological evaluation, with retained samples and traceability records held for each batch.
Foot care products move through retail, pharmacy and clinical channels, so packaging has to satisfy both protection and shelf presentation. We handle primary pouches or blisters, secondary cartons, instruction leaflets and shipping cases within the same production flow.
Delivery scope is agreed per project: bulk units, retail-ready packs or a mixed container combining foot care with other Body Patch items. Documentation follows the destination market, and we prepare the technical file content needed for the target regulatory route.
A foot care quotation is only meaningful when the working point is defined. We prepare the configuration and price from the following inputs, and we confirm open points during sampling rather than assuming them.
| Input | What we need from you | What it determines |
|---|---|---|
| Product function | Cushioning, separation, fixation or protection | Material family and construction |
| Wear scenario | Footwear type, wear duration, activity level | Adhesive tack, thickness, breathability |
| Size range | Target foot sizes and SKU count | Die tooling and pack assortment |
| Branding | Logo, colour references, label artwork | Print plates and packaging setup |
| Order volume | First order and expected annual quantity | MOQ tier and production scheduling |
| Destination market | Country and regulatory route | Documentation and labelling content |
First samples are typically ready in 3–7 business days, with 1–3 modification rounds depending on product type and formulation needs. Turnkey projects including mould, packaging and finished product generally run 30–60 days; standard products with packaging run 20–50 days. Minimum order quantities start at 1,000–10,000 units per specification for medical consumables, with higher thresholds for Pantone colour matching and custom printed packaging.
After delivery, foot care items are consumables with defined shelf life, so serviceability centres on batch traceability, retained samples and consistent repeat production. We hold the approved specification and tooling for each SKU so reorders match the original sample.
We manufacture ankle support, arch support insoles, toe separators, hallux valgus correctors, blister patches, heel lining, metatarsal pads, personal care items and sock series, produced on our own adhesive coating and converting lines in Suzhou, China.
