Each model addresses a different level of immobilisation, wear duration and clinical setting. The table below maps our current collar types to their typical application and construction.
| Model | Construction | Support Level | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|---|

| Soft Foam Cervical Collar | Contoured PU foam with cotton or brushed fabric cover | Soft, low | Neck fatigue, mild sprain, home and outpatient recovery |
| Adjustable Cervical Collar Neck Support Brace | Height-adjustable frame with padded chin and occiput supports | Semi-rigid, medium | Rehabilitation, adjustable sizing across patient groups |

Collar selection follows the required degree of motion restriction, expected wear time and the care environment. Soft collars limit gross flexion and extension while remaining comfortable for extended daytime wear. Rigid and semi-rigid collars add a moulded shell that resists compression and lateral movement, which suits emergency transport and post-surgical protocols.
Shells are moulded from polyethylene or polypropylene; linings use PU foam, EVA or brushed polyester; closures use hook-and-loop tape or buckle straps. Skin-contact materials are selected for low irritation and are assembled in our cleanroom environment.
We tailor collars from shape and colour through to material, size grading and packaging. More than ten technicians support ODM development, and our integrated supply chain keeps new designs inside our factory.
Production follows ISO 13485:2016 procedures with incoming material checks, in-process inspection and final release testing. Our quality team verifies dimensional accuracy, closure strength, foam bonding and surface finish before packing.
Collar assembly draws on the same raw material platform we use across our medical consumables. Adhesive and backing components are available as standalone supply for customers who convert in-house.
A precise quotation depends on the working point, patient population and packaging route. We confirm the following before releasing a proposal.
| Input | Why We Need It |
|---|---|
| Collar type and support level | Determines shell material, thickness and closure system |
| Size range and target markets | Sets grading, labelling language and compliance route |
| Estimated annual volume | Confirms MOQ, tooling and production scheduling |
| Branding and packaging format | Drives print setup, carton design and packing line |
| Sample and approval requirements | Defines sampling rounds and acceptance criteria |
